Spectra Engineering & Design, PLLC is based in Cary, North Carolina and specializes in custom residential structural engineering
and design.  We work in close collaboration with small or large scale builders, designers, architects, and home owners to design
and determine the structural layout for new houses, renovations, and additions.  This includes single family houses, townhouses,
detached garages, and other various residential related structures in North Carolina.  If needed, we also provide site inspections
to determine the proper solutions to issues that have occurred during construction to get you through inspections.
